Jiro Iwata

Mr. Iwata developed numerous IT solutions and served as a systems project leader at Toshiba. He became a director of I and AS in January 2004, providing systems consultation for domestic financial instruments providers. He subsequently co-founded Gaitame Online and served as the director in charge of foreign exchange transactions, leading the company to a leadership position in the industry through the implementation of advanced information technology platforms. His believes in the potential to implement information technology for statistical and basic analysis. Prior to becoming the President of Rheos he was the head of foreign exchange and corporate planning at IS Holdings.
Mitsuhiro Yuasa
Director
Founded Rheos in 2003 following a career at Rothschild Asset Management and Gartmore Asset Management. Extensive experience in analysis and management of emerging growth stock portfolios and long/short equity hedge funds. Deep knowledge of Japanese and global asset management industry.
Miki Shiramizu
Director
Began her career as an equity trader at Daiichi Securities (now Mitsubishi UFJ Securities), followed by Sony Life insurance and then participated in the founding of DJLdirect Securities (now Rakuten Securities). Experienced corporate planning, administration and the management of customer services over many years in the internet securities industry before joining Rheos Capital Works in 2008. Appointed director in 2009.
Hideto Fujino
Director
Founded Rheos Capital Works in 2003 following a career at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Jardine Fleming (currently JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management) and Nomura Asset Management. Has served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) since the founding. Abundant experience as a fund manager with a deep expertise in small mid cap and emerging growth equity investments.
Makoto O'mori

Began his career at the Bank of Tokyo and subsequently served as the head of foreign exchange at Security Pacific National Bank, Credit Suisse and West LB, before founding Wakabayashi FX Associates. Appointed statutory auditor to IS Holdings in 2008 and to Rheos Capital Works in 2009.

Joined Rheos in 2003 after working at SMBC Friends Securities and the Osaka Hercules Exchange. Institutional equity salesperson at SMBC Friends in Tokyo and London. Participated in the launch of the emerging growth stock market at OSE Hercules.
Osamu Takahashi
Managing Executive Officer
Joined Rheos in 2008 after a career at Kuroda Electric and Revamp. Accomplished Kuroda’s listing on the Osaka and Tokyo Stock Exchanges as well as managing corporate strategy teams which included finance/administration, M&A and investor relations. Extensive experience in financing and growth strategies for venture-backed start up companies.
